Currently, PlayZonefun.Games primarily offers free‑to‑play games. If we introduce in‑app purchases or paid features in the future, additional terms including pricing, taxes, and refund policies will be presented at the point of sale.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 3 months before the event, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws.
